COMMUNITY
We believe in the power of people connecting to themselves, each other and the land.
Our Values
NORMALIZING VULNERABILITY
We create space for people to be raw, open to the unknown and authentically expressive.
ADDRESSING BARRIERS
We are committed to supporting individuals from traditionally marginalized groups in mountain settings. We believe our diverse community fosters resilience in its members, leading to impactful change. We value your presence here.
FACILITATING CONNECTION
We believe in the power of people connecting to themselves, each other and the land. Each form of connection deepens the richness of our experience.
FOSTERING ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We recognize the inherent responsibility present in our relationship with the land. We teach and mentor Leave No Trace practices. We are continually learning how to promote our wellness alongside the wellness of our planet.
ENCOURAGING RUGGEDNESS
We believe all people can be fierce, grounded and driven with purpose. We see and support every person’s inherent strengths so they may continue to expand.

Make a donation.
We desire to dismantle financial, experiential, mental and emotional barriers present for women-identifying, non-binary, and trans folks in alpine climbing. Our subsidized programs and sliding scale pay structure provides opportunity for participants to experience a high standard of technical instruction and therapeutic support. We are a federally incorporated not-for-profit and therefore cannot issue official donation receipts.
Your donations contribute to the team of expert facilitators who work hard to prioritize the safety of our participants while in the mountains. For more information on the impact your gift can make;
$50
provides three dehydrated dinners to a single participant.
$200
contributes to the implementation of a secondary assessment by a registered clinical counselor during the participant application process.
$500
allows us to hire ACMG-certified Alpine Guides, so that we can offer our camps in alpine terrain.

As a growing not-for-profit with big goals in mind, we are seeking to expand beyond the programming we currently offer. It is crucial that we share the same values with our sponsors. If you are a corporate brand or a small local business with interest in our mission and vision, we’d love to hear from you!
